Feel like you want some company on your journey to total fitness? Work alongside friends or family striving for the stronger, fitter, leaner ideal? Enter group personal training.
NOTE: these are not exercise classes a la your Body Pump and the like. These are bespoke sessions put together by your trainer designed to hit all the points on your fitness journey. The trainer will coach each of you to ensure correct technique and form as well as providing ongoing motivation and support throughout the class. They don’t have to be in the gym environment and actually Kerrie being a BIG fan of obstacle course races generally takes her groups in to the great big, beautiful outdoors. So much more fun getting sweaty and muddy!
Group sessions are ideal for those who want the support and coaching a trainer provides but want to be able to share the cost – and of course, the results!
